Sometimes my computer is fine and works perfectly. Sometimes everything works and then I press the keyboard and the web page freezes. My cursor moves but is unresponsive to my clicking on links and such. I have noticed that this problem usually happens when I close the lid for a while and open it again. One thing to mention is that it doesn’t freeze everything. It freezes the Internet explorer, and other programs I use such as Microsoft word and Photoshop but I am able to use the keyboard when typing something into the quick search. I hope someone can give me an explanation and hope this can help others with this problem. Don’t tell me I spilled something because it’s not that. Thank you very much.
