Well basically, I need some help on designing my website. I have made my layout using Adobe Photoshop, and now i want to make all the links etc, but im not sure which programme to use. I have thought about dreamweaver but as I have never used this programme before I am unsure whether it will let me change an image made on photoshop to a website.
Does anyone know which programmes I could use that would allow me to change an excisting layout to a web page with clickable links.
Then the next problem is that i want to add a flash box to my website. I have a little knowledge with flash but again I am not sure whether one can use flash with dreamweaver? (But this is not as important)
Basically, I need to know which programmes allow me to use excisting pictures and change it to a website
